为规范电动扭矩扳手的正确操作及安全使用，特制订本规程。

本规程适用于炼轧厂线棒保障作业区电动扭矩扳手的使用和维护。

3 工作内容及要求

3.1、严格执行安全交底制度、互保制度、现场安全确认制度以及公司各项管理制度。
